Welcome to the website for Dianna Mendoza (me), missionary based in the Seattle-Tacoma area. From February 2012 to August 2013, I have served full-time through the International House of Prayer Northwest. In September 2013, I transition to Youth With a Mission and will join the staff at the New Beginnings Home.
I grew up in Central Washington, and moved to Tacoma in 2007 to attend Pacific Lutheran University (Social Work). I have since fallen in love with Jesus, with the Seattle-Tacoma region, and with all God’s children. On a day off, I enjoy arts & crafts, sitting in coffee shops, game nights, and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest.
I am honored to be a part of several moves of justice in this region, including regular prayer meetings for justice, staffing a home for pregnant women choosing life, volunteering at a human trafficking drop-in center and mentoring teenage girls. I have a deep passion for the Lord’s justice, for the care of the world’s “orphans & widows”.
